The BTN is proud to announce our latest roundtable in partnership with EVA AI, a recruitment automation platform, aiming to help organisations hire the right people, at the right time to gain the competitive edge.

This event is open to HR and IT leaders, willing to learn and share thoughts about how the future of recruitment will be shaped by the power of technology.

“Maximising candidate experience, cutting costs and time to hire, hiring the right people, measuring and reporting, scaling and strategy”: in this context do organisations effectively leverage technology to deliver world-class talent programmes?

In the current paradigm, leadership in organisations are placing pressure on executives across businesses to embrace digital and technology first strategies, but is HR still concerned that too much technology will undermine the human touch?

In the automation, era should HR build a bridge into the enterprise and win its place in the boardroom by adopting an “Automation First” mindset and does that strategy immediately create a “People Second” culture? 

With that in mind,  this event will be focusing on the following topics:

  • A lot has been said about automation. What are the associated fears, fascinations and possibilities?
  • What is an automation first mindset and are we ready?
  • Should HR take a leadership position when considering the future of work, and automation as a key driver of this future?
