You’ll be at the heart of the Transformation Programme, responsible for providing operations development and project management for one of the major workstreams. You’ll develop strong networks across the business and externally to ensure we land significant change, and you’ll be able to deal with ambiguity with confidence. Using analysis from our internal teams, you’ll draw insights and develop solutions, ensuring you’ve always got your eye on competitor developments and industry best practice to help inform our transformation. All the while, you’ll be role modelling positive, collaborative, and agile ways of working within all areas of the business.
Whether your background is in management consulting, driving operational development capability in a retail organisation, or working directly for an ops dev firm, one thing is certain: you can demonstrate deep problem solving capability with strong insight and analytical skills, applying this to the operation of a large retailer and their supply chain.
A strategic and analytical thinker, you have an impressive flair for solving problems. You’re used to working in a complex stakeholder environment, developing real influence and impact at a senior level. Crucially, you have a real talent for taking people with you on a journey to better, more agile ways of working.
