Senior HR Business Partner with OD design, Highly Respected Non-Profit, London, £45,000 plus amazing benefits
Our client, is looking for a strong and ambitious HR Business Partner to join their fast paced, forward thinking organisation with lots of social responsibility.
Leading a fine tuned team of 3 Business Partners, this position will be responsible for not on the strategic approach to HR but also the OD agenda with particular focus on their digital transformation, partnering with the L&D manager to deliver on this. You need to be someone with gravitas and credibility as you will be working with the members of the OD Directorate and CEO.
Due to the seniority of this opportunity, you will be at the top of your game with Employee Relations and enjoy keeping up to speed with new legislation's. This will include more complex performance management, attendance management and conduct issues, the management of change and grievances and disciplinary issues.
On top of this you will ideally be a people person and enjoy a diverse client group. You may also be someone with extrovert tendencies who has the ability to interact with potentially challenging situations on a daily basis.
With this opportunity, you will be looking at working strategically and operationally. Working at HO in London, you would have had previous experience in designing new talent attraction methods, engagement initiatives and group strategies. You will be ambitious, with a can-do, 'roll up the sleeves' mentality. You will be a true team player, with a desire not just to work hard but to have fun doing it.
You should be a really talented generalist, and an outstanding HR professional, I am less focused on industry experience, and will be more interested in what you have achieved.
