Interim Senior HRBP - 3 to 6 months - London
A leading private sector organisation, going through a substantial period of change are looking for an Interim Senior HRBP for an initial 3-4 month contract.
The Senior HRBP will engage closely with the business leaders to help drive the agreed people strategy, including a comprehensive workforce strategy in support of business objectives; organizational effectiveness, change management, talent development, and employee engagement. This organization are going through a restructure and the main focus of this role will be supporting the leader through that change.
The successful candidate will possess strong business partnering skills and OD capability as well as broad change and project management experience. My client needs an HR person who is proactive, can think ahead, is imaginative and can deliver a high-quality service on complex HR projects with little guidance.
The ability to build relationships with challenging and highly intelligent stakeholders is key, as are excellent communication skills. A background within Technology / Media is ideal.
