Interim HR Process Improvement Consultant - £500/£575 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a global private sector organisation based in Surrey on an Interim HR Process Improvement Consultant role supporting an international transformation programme.
My client are undergoing major changes within HR as they look to implement new COE's and HR Services across the function looking to build a fit for purpose function. To support the transformation programme they now need a process improvement consultant to map out all current processes and look how these can be improved to drive efficiency in HR.
The successful candidate will have a background working on process improvement programmes, ideally within an HR Transformation and have an understanding of what "good" HR can add to a business. You will be working alongside the programme lead and must be able to build relationships with senior leaders in the business in order to build up an idea of what needs to be done to execute the programme effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an organisation going through a major transition and to play a key role in building a new best in class HR function.
