My client are currently recruiting for a HR System Analyst who can lead on the development and maintenance of their HR system and its reporting. The successful HR System Analyst will be responsible for supporting end users with the system, acting as the system Super User, implementing system changes and upgrades and developing the solution. They will also work on HRIS reporting and ensure that HR data is maintained to a high standard.

The best suited HR System Analyst for the role will have:

- Experience working as a HRIS Super User offering first and second line support to end users.

- A high attention to detail with excellent HR MI reporting skills and Microsoft Excel skills.
- The ability to manage the full lifecycle delivery of projects like upgrades, system developments and new implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage third party providers.
