HR Service Delivery & Process Improvement Lead - Up to £65,000 - London

Annapurna HR have been engaged by a World Leading Global Financial Services firm in London, who are seeking a HR Service Delivery & Process Improvement Lead to join their team. Sitting in the Workforce Planning team, the successful candidate would be responsible for aiding the development of their Workforce Administration.

A key responsibility being heavily involved in building a capability that can track Global Workforce Administration. Providing data on employee adoption of HR Services, and providing insight into user experience to enable improvement.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong Analytical Insight Skills.
  • Strong Stakeholder & Peer influencing.
  • Global HR Service Delivery Reporting.
  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved in a large Global reaching role, bringing their strong knowledge of HR and people management to impact on a Global and local scale. Influencing stakeholders and developing the operational functionality of HR Services.
