Annapurna HR are partnering with a leading Engineering firm going through a period of change and transformation and looking for an operationally strong HR Manager to implement change within the business.
As HR Manager, your responsibilities will include working in partnership with the Senior Leadership team to suggest and implement change for a workforce of 500 based nationally. As well as line manage two HR Advisors.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a large blue collar workforce, with a high volume of employee relations cases. You will be a 'do-er' and able to implement. It will be essential to be able to develop relationships with demanding senior stakeholders and take the time to understand what needs to be delivered in their business to encourage growth.
The HR Advisors are very strong in Employee Relations, however, they will look to you for support and guidance on challenging cases and although this is not a regional role, there may be some need to travel to a particular site during a time of concern.
