About the team
The HR Change team Delivers end to end change projects including TUPE and restructures. We also develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of middle-senior management, HR BP`s and Centres of Excellence.

Your role
The HR Change Consultant will manage the delivery of projects resulting in people impacts or changes that support the wider business transformation agenda. Support the Programme Managers with specific deliverables or pieces of work to underpin programme delivery

Responsibilities
-Manage change projects within a business area, including the scoping and delivery of traditional change projects e.g. TUPE / Restructure activity
-Provide expert consultancy and hands-on implementation of UK change policy and processes across a range of business changes.
-Support strategic HR programmes by undertaking specific projects or activities to enable delivery
-Manage & influence business stakeholders local to the change
-Support consultation with the trade unions to support the smooth implementation of change
-Support the development and maintenance of a suite of programme / project processes and toolkits that support a variety of transformation activities
-Continually improving our ways of working, using insight and best practice

Demonstrable Experience
-Project Management
-Experience of implementing change projects & providing expert advice and consultancy on a range of business change activities (e.g. redundancy, restructure, TUPE etc)
-In-depth understanding of employment law relating to people change and associated risks
-Influencing
-Stakeholder and relationship management
-Coaching

Grade: MPG4

Location: Slough
