Culture & Change Programme Lead - Financial Services - London - £70K-£80K + bonus/benefits

A global FS organisation based in London are searching for a Culture & Change Programme Lead to support a major transformation programme and support the business in developing it culture and capabilities. You will work closely with HRBPs and the business to develop and embed the culture changes across the group.

You will be responsible for embedding culture change with present and future needs in mind to thousands of employees globally. The role is going to combine the development of the overall strategy for working with business units on embedding culture changes as well as the global alignment and consistency of strategic and operational activity across the team and group on a larger scale. You will manage a portfolio of project and change activities from an operational, strategic and MI perspective.


  • Programme Management - planning and designing end to end and delivering upon plans
  • Develop business-relevant metrics and analysis on a consistent basis
  • Identify risks, gaps or potential issues
  • Oversee communication tools
  • Develop strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business
  • Create common tools, methods, techniques and systems that have a significant impact on the culture
  • Oversee production and analysis of data to support HR Directors effectively

Person Specification

  • Strong programme and change management experience
  • Management Insights Development
  • Line management experience - both direct and matrix management
  • Degree or relevant qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
