WHAT THEY DO
This company are a specialist web analytics agency who split into three teams - Digital Insights, CRO & Technology. As a business they are experts in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau & a range of optimisation technology.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This is a CRO Consultant role, within the wider Optimisation team. It's a nice balance between client work and hands on testing. Your day to day will cary but will include fact gathering with the client, helping them to understand the program and why you are going to do certain tests. You'll hypothesise with them and then help come up with their goals & CRO roadmap.
Back in the office, you'll work with others in the team to build, run and analyse A/B tests using whatever tech the client is using. You'll then be presenting insights back to the client, where they have performed well and what changes can be made to improve conversion.
You'll manage a number of clients but alongside a large support system of experts.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Client facing - you will need proven experience working with clients, ideally in an optimisation environment as well
CRO - this is an expert role, you will need commercial experience running & analysing A/B tests with tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimise, Optimizely, Maxymiser and more!
Wider Analytics - you are joining a team who love data, a wider understanding of web analytics & customer data and how they combine would be great

Salary up to £45,000 for the right candidate + bonus
