CONVERSION OPTIMISATION STRATEGIST
£50,000-60,000 + BENEFITS
Are you looking for a role where you can dive into complex testing and make impactful changes to user experience that will increase conversion for high profile clients? This could be a perfect role for you.
A leading digital marketing agency who focus on deep dive analytics and complex testing. Helping their clients boost revenue by using their data and implementing new technologies.
This role will see you building out and implementing optimisation roadmaps across clients. You will work closely with them to guide their testing plans both short and long term as well as implementing and running AB/MV tests. You will go beyond simple testing to run tests that will allow you to improve whole web pages or user flows, making huge changes to conversion metrics. It will involve an element of understanding UX on a more individual level but also taking a holistic view of the client's goals.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent experience in a CRO role
- Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Previous commercial use of testing tools (Optimizely/Test and Target/AB Tasty/Monetate/ Maxymiser/VWO/Google Optimize)
- Strong understanding of UX
- Proven ability to be client facing
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
* Up to £60,000 depending on experience
