Future Strategies in Engineering Quality

Thu, 21/10/2021 - 15:30 to 17:00

The BTN is excited to partner again with a1qa, an independent software quality assurance provider, for an exclusive virtual roundtable focusing on ‘Future Strategies in Engineering Quality’.

The evolving digital demands set by the customer have resulted in organisations being under pressure to accelerate their digital offerings.

Delivering this change is never the sole end goal with quality and efficiency being just as high up the agenda. Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing has been embedded within organisations for years to mitigate the risk that occurs when delivering transformation. Technology can create huge advantages and efficiencies but only when implemented as an enabler in alignment with a cultural change.

This interactive event will be an opportunity for senior technology and engineering leaders to engage in an interactive discussion around how to take your organisations on the journey to engineering quality through the utilisation of technology.

The conversation will be an open and interactive discussion where we’ll also consider the below points:

  • Is there a winning approach: cross-functional teams (T-shaped) vs. specialized ones (I-shaped)?
  • What are the most effective ways to run super-fast release trains with test automation?
  • Skillset matters – What does an ideal profile of a QA Director look like?

The session will run from 3:30pm – 5pm BST.

To sign up for this virtual roundtable, simply fill in the form below and someone from the BTN team will be in touch.
