Dr Tracey Leghorn, HR Director at SUEZ UK, discusses where her interest for the Women’s Agenda stemmed from and what she’d like to see organisations change about their processes to empower more women to get into the Waste industry. As HR Director for SUEZ UK, Tracey is responsible for defining and implementing the HR strategy to ensure that the business delivers its short, medium and long-term goals as well as being accountable for H&S and facilities. Her role forms part of the UK Executive Board and has a place on the Group HR Executive Committee operating from Group HQ in Paris.
