In the latest piece of content for the BTN from Nick Allsopp (Director at Crescat Ltd) & Alex Taskin (Leadership and Change Consultant at Passe-Partout Consulting) discuss the VUCA context and how exactly organisations are responding.

Nick & Alex look into what exactly a VUCA world means for employers who are trying to get the best out of their people, what employers are doing to build the culture needed to thrive in this environment before they look at what the most successful employers are doing to manage the whole experience.
