He has designed and delivered new target operating models, re-engineered sizable TA functions (50+ people), built CoE functions within talent acquisition, led global workforce planning projects, led group-level executive talent management, developed career coaching & succession management processes, and delivered significant improvements to diverse recruitment results. James believes that meaningful organisational purpose is critically important; so too is the real value a business places on talent. Transformation, change and improving functional performance are key threads throughout the last 15+ years of his career. This work has spanned oil & gas, energy, healthcare, insurance, consumer products, technology & consulting (professional services) sectors.
