Bio
For the past 10+ years, I have been a Software Engineering Manager, having started in the open pit gravel mining industry. I joined Autodesk in 2008 during the acquisition of 3DGeo, a spin-off of the Hasso Plattner Institute / University in Potsdam. At Autodesk, my team and me got the chance to drive our products and ideas much further becoming part of an innovative, international worldwide team at an enterprise level company.
Even I enjoy looking back to the time of “getting my hands dirty” like I did in the mining industry, I truly feel lucky to have joined Autodesk – being able to actively participate in the transition of the software industry.
