Steps to Change: Putting People in the Heart of Transformation by Gary Bates & Anita Day

In this exclusive video following our partner, IRM UK's "Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe" (in London on the 18th-20th March), Gary Bates (Director at Steps) and Anita Day (Former European Culture Transformation Leader at IBM Global Business Services) discuss "Steps to Change", focusing on centring the people at the heart of a transformation programme for sustainable and successful change.

This talk focuses on how to bring your people on board with change by helping them through 4 processes to help them understand what's in it for them and to make it about more than words and inflicted change. The talk continues to look at the importance of transparency during times of change, highlighting the importance of communication and listening.
