He emphasises that with AI and chatbots, the integral thing for organisations to focus on is the technology they already have, to prevent a disconnect. Paul emphasises that organisations must remember to consider candidate experience and desired business outcomes when optimising the process.

Paul Maxin has a history working in talent acquisition, beginning his career in recruitment at Michael Page, moving to Senior Talent Acquisition roles at PWC, Unilever and FCA. Paul founded Max Intalent Ltd and has recently finished a contract as VP of Talent Acquisition at Zalando.
