Rafael has built a career in helping organisations prepare for disruption over the last 10 years. With an especial focus on commercial strategy, transformation and organisation design, he’s a vocal proponent of the empowered employee and community in work life.
At Concentra, Rafael coaches HR leaders in building capability in strategic planning that better serves the changing needs of business. Previous consulting work includes HR technology deployment, multi-year cost-savings programs, and creation of new people analytics metrics. He brings a strong global perspective through his work in North America, Europe, and Asia.
