Harvey discusses the biggest issues facing leaders today, looking at the ability to lead through change and manage uncertainty, especially with the nature of modern business and the role of technology in this. He continues to consider the role of ethics in business, emphasising the importance of raising ethical and moral standards within an organisation, which they can be held accountable for in the long term.
