Linda has over 22 years of HR experience across a range of industries and has been Group HR Director for several large global organisations including Yell.com, EE (Orange and T Mobile), Serco and Williams Lea.
Although a generalist, she specialises in Organisation Design, Change Management and Engagement, taking a metric driven approach. Linda has extensive experience in company turnarounds, business transformation, mergers and reorganisations.
In this video, Linda talks about change and how it has become the new norm. She explores the concept of how we now work in a VUCA environment; Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous and how new strategies are now required.
