Emma Leonis is a seasoned HR transformation specialist. During her career, Emma has led some of the largest global HR change programmes with clients across the Private Sector and Financial Services. She spent over 10 years at Deloitte before joining LACE Partners, a boutique UK HR transformation consultancy, in early 2018 as Executive Director of HR Transformation. Emma is passionate about helping organisations redefine their people proposition and making HR a great place to work.
