Simon is a highly experienced resourcing & talent leader with a track record of developing & executing resourcing & talent strategies across a range of sectors, geographies and organisations including TJX Europe (TK Maxx and HomeSense), Lloyds Banking Group, State Street, BP and Accenture HR Services. Simon also serves as a non-executive director and board member for a multi-academy education trust.
