In this exclusive video, Rodica Pirau (Strategic Change Lead at Nordea Bank) discusses the development of ChangeLabs in the lead up to her talk at IRM UK‘s Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe in London on the 18th-20th March.
Rodica looks at how Nordea used ChangeLabs to transform Nordea from the inside out, revolutionising how they went through their transformation processes. She continues to look at how agile was used to develop the concept of this transformation, focusing on the methods, tools and techniques which once implemented in the ChangeLabs they moved from agile to agility.
Bio
Rodica Pirau has worked as a Business Analyst for 5 years within the shipping and financial industries. Her current role is Strategic Change Lead where she is responsible to build and continuously improve a change initiative named #ChangeLab. Rodica is from Moldova, and has been living in Denmark for the past 8 years. She holds a BSc in Economic IT from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. During her studies and work experience, Rodica developed a set of pivotal skills for her desired career path such as critical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
