Paulina specialises in applying her expertise in Change Management and Transformation projects in variety of industries including Global Mobility, Cyber Security and FM in both private and public sectors. Paulina has a long record of guiding local, national and multi-national companies in the areas of Change Management, Communications, Training and Development, Governance, Project Management and Leadership. Outside of work Paulina enjoys getting involved in social work acting as a Career Coach and young adults Mentor for London charities.
