As part of our international series of ERUPT, we bring you the latest event in our virtual series, which focuses on how organisations are adapting and thriving.
This will be the 3rd virtual event in the ‘Adapt & Thrive’ series which will be looking at insights and conversations from leaders who are at the forefront of scaling organisations.
The panel will be an interactive session which will give attendees the opportunity to pose questions and engage with the following leaders. The session will look at some of the challenges that organisations will face going forward as people start to head back to the ‘office’ and the furlough scheme starts to come to an end. The session will look at the evolution of workplace/workspace going forward, the hybrid way of the work, the impact on employee experience & culture, the impact on hiring, diversity and inclusion opportunities and the role of future skills.
The session will be hosted by James Ballard (Co-Founder at the BTN) and will involve a panel of experts, consisting of:
