Achieving Lasting Behavioural Change in Organisations

Wed, 03/04/2019 - 18:00 to 21:00

The BTN is delighted to partner once again with the CMI (Change Management Institute) for their next event, a workshop style discussion presented by Alexia Della Valle from Steps and Anita Day from Worcestershire Acute Hospital Trust NHS. This workshop will focus on findings from the extensive study on the subject of how to achieve lasting behavioural change in organisations.

This qualitative research has been conducted with leaders of large-scale behaviour change projects and had been further analysed to present us with coherent findings based on a real-life scenarios.

During the workshop speakers will share this information with us, as well as ideas, best practice and main lessons which can be readily applied by change leaders. The main focus of this event is to advise what does and what does not work.

There will be plenty of time to ask Anita and Alexia questions and to exchange stories and views with colleagues.
