Employee Engagement: Leading People through Change

Employee Engagement: Leading People through Change
Wednesday, 8 July, 2020 - 11:00 to 12:00

The role of HR in a VUCA world has been discussed in abundance over the past few years but no-one could anticipate the uncertainty that lay ahead in 2020.

As much as the current climate has presented many challenges for organisations, it has always opened up a variety of opportunities for companies to revolutionise the way they operate and for employees to engage with leadership and fellow employees in a whole new way.

The BTN is delighted to bring our latest online session, in partnership with Glint, which looks at leading people through change, with a particular focus on employee engagement. In this session, Ritu Mohanka (VP, Strategy & Business Development, EMEA at Glint) will engage in a conversation with Pia-Maria Murtomäki (Performance & Culture Development Partner at Nets). Nets are a leading provider of digital payment services and related technology solutions, which are represented in 20 countries across Europe with more than 4000 employees.

The session at 11am BST/12pm CEST will look at:

  • How having an employee engagement strategy in place helped Nets through challenging times and change
  • How Nets supported their workforce through the pandemic
  • Important learnings from setting up an employee engagement program
  • Employee Engagement tips, insights and best practices

Please register your details using the below form and your details will be registered for the session.
