It’s a major, two-day annual event which provides a single forum for everyone interested in the effective application of agile. This year’s theme is The Case for Business Agility where we will explore many concepts and principles relating to organisational performance, mindset, behaviours and characteristics of Business Agility. The conference will have no tracks, instead, there will be one large room focusing on Business Agility across different perspectives: Executives, Thought-Leaders, and Practitioners, followed by smaller facilitated deep dives.
