Interim HR Transformation Programme Manager, London, Retail, £1K/day

A leading private sector organisation are looking for an Interim HR Transformation Programme Manager, to oversee the implementation of their new SAAS solution. The role will be split between London and the Midlands, and will be for an initial 12 months.

The successful candidate will possess previous experience of managing large Transformation Programmes, ideally involving the implementation of either Workday, Oracle Fusion or SAP Success Factors, however other Cloud solutions would be considered.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Owning the delivery plan of the Programme from a business perspective

- Managing the HR Business Process Owner, IT Delivery Lead, Change Lead and SI Partner, and holding them accountable for their respective deliverables across the Programme

- Managing the risk, issues, and governance across the Programme

- Ensuring that the business and technological change is delivered on-time, to budget and provides for the achievement of its objectives

You must possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and will have worked across large, complex organisations and with high profile brands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading organisation on one of the highest profile HR Transformation Programmes to date.
